1. Who we are
Archthorpe is a brand operated by PROJECT CIP SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI: 51711091, Reg. Com.: J2025030670009), headquartered at Bdul. Dacia 133, Et. D, Sector 2, Bucharest, 020056.
2. Services
We provide cloud consulting, DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, and related technical services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed upon before work begins, either through a direct contract or via the Upwork platform.
3. Free consultations
We offer complimentary 15-minute video consultations to discuss your project requirements. These calls are informational and do not create any obligation on either party.
4. Payments
For contracts initiated through Upwork, payments are handled entirely through Upwork's escrow system under their terms. For direct contracts, payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created as part of a project are transferred to you. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
